In the wake of the 2020 pandemic, wellness travel has taken on a whole new meaning. Many of us have swapped our cocktail holidays at the beach for detox retreats and sports activities around the world. The word ‘detox’ is no longer synonymous with charcoal smoothies and moringa, but has expanded to encompass the aspect of mental, spiritual and emotional well-being.

Here is a “typical” detox/wellness stay that I will shape according to your personal tastes (for this, you will have to answer my long list of questions concerning your current physical and emotional state, as well as your tastes, allergies, etc.).

Georgette Hartlieb, offers Cranio Sacral therary which re-balance the autonomic nervous system, sympathetic and para-sympathetic, in a very gently way.
This therapy is extremely good and recommended after accidents, concussions, cranial and any physical traumas. It is also indicated for babies after traumatic births and caesarean section.
Georgette is also offering TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) sessions in order to help the body to free itself from embodied traumas. The session begins with six exercises which prepare the muscles to shake (which is a physiological way to release blockages).
Those sessions are extremely relaxing and healing at a very deep level.
You will feel completely rejuvenated and relaxed at the end of one session.
Georgette, who was previously a veterinary doctor, has discovered the Cranio Sacral therapy 21 years ago, when she had to relocate from Congo to South Africa.
Her passion has developed years after years seeing the results of this therapy with many of her patients, mostly children affected with autism.
She is also qualified in Trauma Release Therapy which integrate very well with the Cranio Sacral therapy.
Georgette has a lot of empathy and a very gentle energy for people who need support and kindness.

For the lovers of ‘fine’ pastries, she will share her passion by creating with you absolutely yummy cakes such as her famous St Honoré, her divine chocolate cake and much more.
